About Me
Hypnosis showed up in my life four years ago, at a point when I was questioning my previous career path.
What started as a casual interest grew into a street performance practice and became both a profession and a way of life when I studied Hypnotherapy at the IHEC school in France. After that I continued to learn with my coach and mentor Alastair Hill, as well as doing numerous online courses and learning more from every person I work with.
My journey through hypnosis is still ongoing and I now feel privileged to be able to help other people create real change in their lives.
My Way of Working
My model of work is freely inspired by Jorgen Rasmussen’s Psychological Illusion Model and has similarities to Elmanian Hypnosis as well as NLP.
Our sessions can take place in one of my offices (Toulouse 31000 - Aspet 31160, France) or online and will last between 45 and 60 minutes. The tone is relaxed and sessions are usually conversational and often playful.
Together we will work to debunk any unhelpful beliefs you may be holding, as well as helping you let go of any unnecessary emotional weight.

How does Hypnotherapy differ to Hypnosis?
Hypnotherapy is simply a Therapeutic practice which uses Hypnosis as a tool.
Is hypnosis like magic?
No it isn’t. Hypnosis is like a tool, you need to use it in a certain way in order to move with it in a direction that serves you.
What is hypnosis exactly?
Hypnosis is the use of communication to alter a person’s perceived reality. The concept of “Unconscious” or ”Trance” doesn’t necessarily add anything to it.
Can you fix my problem with hypnosis?
You will definitely see great improvements and may completely change your perspective on the problem at hand. However, hypnosis by itself won't do much without your willingness to engage both during and after sessions.
Why should I choose hypnosis over other types of therapies?
Every type of therapy has its specificity, use and quality and good results can be achieved through most of them. When working with me, we usually within a specific timeframe, so many clients find the rapidity of change to be a particular draw.
People have their own personal preferences however and it may not suit everyone just as more traditional approaches may not suit everyone.
Can I stay ‘stuck’ in Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a natural, everyday life state and therefore there is no such thing as being ‘stuck’ in Hypnosis. We are all hypnotised by something or other, 24/7.
What is special about this method?
The method I’m using with my clients is conversational and an open exchange is largely dependant on the subject’s willingness to engage with the process. An open and attentive quality of listening is needed on the part of the client and myself. Sessions tend to be playful and lighthearted.
The idea is to help the client wake up from a toxic trance, rather than putting them to sleep.
